  1. please help me…………is there any remedy for knee knocking……………….. pleaase help me

    • yes bro. you should go for riding … its the best and fastest remedy and if you cant afford riding then you should keep a pillow between your legs when you sleep and should do at least 50 pushups with your legs opened as much as you can bear.. hope this helps… and neglect my mistakes of angrezi :P 

  2. And Also Sir..,,Please discuss in detail about the military planning exercise (indoor) and the progessive group task (outdoor). how to successfully carry on the task?

  4. Sir what’s differences between Push ups,chin ups and sit ups…???

    • Hope these images help :)

    • push ups are when you place your both hands on ground, flatten your body and join your feet. and then repeatedly move your body up and down with the help of your arm muscles. chin ups are when you grab a monkey bar with your hands(palms towards you) and lift your body , and you should lift your body high enough that your chin touches the upper end of the bar. sit ups or reach ups are when you sit on ground and somebody stands on your feet and you lie down and get up using your belly. your hands must be behind your neck and must remain there, your head should touch your knees when you get up and your shoulders should touch the ground when you lie down.

  5. Awe sum explanation sir,……………………… Thanks a lot: There minimum need at initials is:- push ups: 15 (2 minutes) chin ups:15(2 minutes) sit ups: 3 ( 2 minutes)
